I had the opportunity to speak with our website creators a while back and had them create an option for the entire board to view the current membership database. They finally had a chance to fulfill the request. This option is only available to the Executive Board.
After logging in to the website the option to view the database can be accessed from clicking the “Home” tab and scrolling down to the “E- Board Resources” area or under the Member Resources tab at the bottom of the drop down menu there is a new “E-BOARD” tab. As you scroll over the tab you will see a pop up that says “View Members” at the bottom.
It is imperative that we have our membership update and keep their data up to date. So please talk to whoever you can and ask them to log in and update their information. As we hire new Officers a member of the Board of Trustees will be entering the Officers information into the database and creating a log in for them. So moving forward we should have a full database and not have to rely on scheduling or anyone else to give us the info we need to contact our members.
